Scamming MeI purchased two champagne glasses on Feb 20th #AC21261782M. I received them in mid April and right away wanted to return them. I wrote Anais Candle customer service right away and they asked for all of the information about my address and the order information. The company said right away that the return had a 15 day window to return after delivers. Anais Candle customer service approved my return and said another department would send the return label. I have emailed them at least 8 times to get the return label and have never heard back. I w ill upload their response saying they would send the return label - which I have never gotten. I just want to return the glasses.
